1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz White Crème de Cacao (Bols)
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters (Angostura Orange)

He dubbed this variation the Metro Century, and the menu subtitle was "light rail to light speed." In the glass, the Metro Century proffered a funky rum and chocolate aroma. Next, lemon and orchard fruit notes on the sip flew into rum and chocolate flavors on the swallow with a lemon finish.
