1 1/2 oz Bourbon (Old Grand-Dad Bonded)
3/4 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
3 dash Orange Bitters (Angostura Orange)

I found the recipe in a 2019 Imbibe Magazine article attributing the drink to Jenner Cormier at Bar Kismet in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In the glass, the Smoother than a Horse on Skates opened up with orange and Bourbon aromas. Next, light honey and caramel notes on the sip slid into Bourbon, honey, herbal, bitter, floral, and orange flavors on the swallow.
