1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba)
Juice 1 Lime (3/4 oz)
1 dash Grenadine (3/8 oz)
1 dash Curaçao (3/8 oz Van der Hum)
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
Blend with 1 scoop of ice, pour into a large tumbler, and fill with ice (shake with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice). Garnish with mint and a fruit stick (mint and a lemon twist).
