1/2 oz Mezcal (Peloton de la Muerte)
1/2 oz Giffard Crème de Banane (Tempus Fugit)
1/2 oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry (El Maestro Sierra)
3/4 oz Lime Juice
Shake with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice, and garnish with mint.

quality versus quantity does not have to be a winner-take-all proposition.

I happened to have all the ingredients for this, so I tried it for a late night drink on the balcony (stirred not shaken). A lovely, rich combination of flavours - the sherry and mezcal combination came through most strongly - didn't get much lime though.
