1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters

Two Sundays ago, Andrea and I ventured down to Island Creek Oyster Bar. There, we found seats in front of bar manager Vikram Hedge. For a first drink, I requested the Spanish Union for the combination of tequila and sherry has often been a winner.
