1 1/2 oz Privateer Amber Rum
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz Drambuie
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass.

Farewell and adieu to you fair Spanish ladies,The Fairwell & Adieu's aroma was rather mezcal driven. A honey and barrel-aged rum sip led into a mezcal and herbal swallow. Taken as a whole, the drink was reminiscent of a single malt Scotch.
Farewell and adieu you ladies of Spain;
For we've received orders for to sail back to Boston,
And so nevermore shall we see you again.
