No Punt e Mes so used Tempus Fugit Alessio Rosso vermouth, which is more of a vermouth amaro. The chocolate finish on this is surprisingly prominent; hard to believe all that come from 1 dash of Bittermen's Mole Bitters. Maybe the Alessio is contributing too. One of the more interesting Boulevardier variations. (According to Difford, a tequila-based Negroni variation becomes a Boulevardier variation if you use reposado or anejo.)
