3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Heavy Cream
Shake with ice and strain into a snifter glass. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with nutmeg, a pineapple wedge, and pineapple leaves (nutmeg and borage flowers).
