2 oz Flor de Caña 7 Year Rum
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Housemade Coffee Cordial
1/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
6-8 leaf Mint
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a mint leaf.

Next, lemon and roast notes on the sip transitioned into rum and coffee melding into mint on the swallow along with a cinnamon finish.
