1/2 oz Fino Sherry (Lustau)
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 dash Orange Bitters (Regan's)

In the glass, the London Calling clashed with the nose with grapefruit and savory notes from the sherry. Next, lemon and white wine on the sip slid into juniper, citrus, and briny-savory flavors on the swallow.
