1 oz Lustau East India Solera Sherry
1/2 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
1/2 oz Amaro Ramazzotti
1 dash Bittermens Mole Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.Two Tuesdays ago, I delved back into the Death & Co.: Welcome Home book and spotted the Nightwing by Matthew Belanger circa 2018 that seemed like it would satisfy my desire for a stirred drink. Once prepared, the Nightwing showcased a vegetal and pineapple aroma. Next, caramel and grape notes on the sip flowed into tequila and nutty grape flavors on the swallow with a pineapple and root beer herbal finish.
