1 oz Tequila (Cimarron Reposado)
1 oz Aquavit (Linie)
1 oz Averna
2 dash Mole Bitters (Angostura Cocoa) (*)
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.

Another recipe that I had spotted recently on
Kindred Cocktails was the Raging Bull by Sandy De Almeida at Toronto's Gladstone Hotel in 2011. As a tequila-aquavit
Black Manhattan, I was intrigued especially with how well tequila and aquavit recently worked in the
Eleventh Hour. My hunch paid off for the Raging Bull was rather enjoyable and began with orange aromas over roasted vegetal fusing into caraway notes. Next, a caramel sip charged at caramelized vegetal flavors with caraway spice and chocolate on the swallow.
