1 oz Lillet Blanc (Cocchi Americano)
1 oz Amontillado Sherry (Lustau)
1/4 oz Licor 43
2 dash Mole Bitters (Bittermens)

Manhattan Harbor Co. accented with Licor 43 and molé bitters. Once prepared, the Noriko welcomed the senses with an orange, vanilla, and nutty bouquet. Next, orchard fruit and grape on the sip flipped into Bourbon, raisin, orange, citrus, and chocolate flavors on the swallow.
