1 tsp Fernet Branca

The recipe was created by Maks Pazuniak at the Cure in New Orleans in 2009, and the heavy hand with Punt e Mes reminded me of his Charlatan. Once prepared, the Cease & Desist showcased orange, minty, and grape aromas. Next, the Punt e Mes' grape filled the sip, and the swallow rounded things out with rye and bitter herbal flavors with a dry caramel and menthol finish.
